The FCC student-run restaurant, 200 Monroe, will quickly re-open to the general public for in-person dinner service on Thursdays for the primary time since March 2020. The restaurant can even proceed the take-out service it supplied final 12 months.
“It is a distinctive alternative that permits the general public to interact with our college students and benefit from the outcomes of the unbelievable cooking abilities they’ve gained in our program,” mentioned Elizabeth DeRose, program supervisor for the FCC Hospitality, Culinary, and Tourism Institute.
The FCC restaurant will provide in-person eating and take-out service to make sure all group members can take pleasure in this limited-time expertise.
The restaurant might be open on Thursday evenings from Oct. 7 to Dec. 7, except Oct. 14.
Diners obtain a three-course meal. They’ll select between a soup or salad, 4 entrée choices and three dessert choices.
HCTI college students take part within the operating of the restaurant as a part of their capstone studying expertise. College students rotate between getting ready meals within the kitchen and serving visitors within the eating room.
